asal Posted September 17, 2020 Report Share Posted September 17, 2020 Hi all I have applied for persecution waiver. I plan to go on H4/ead once it is approved. Is it possible to apply for H4ead if persecution is approved during fellowship while on J1. I understand I will have to leave to another country for stamping but is it possible to get H4 stamped from Canada/Mexico for future date and return on j1 to cont fellowship and apply for ead. The reason I wanted to do this was to get enough time to get ead on time to start working. Will appreciate an input. Thanks Quote Link to comment
