H1b Extension + New H4 appointment

Hello All, 

I am currently in H1B valid through Dec 2020 (just got stamped on jan2020), already have i797 extension valid through Jan 2023, 

looking to schedule visa appointment for h1b extension and new h4 around march 2021, (will be getting married on hopefully March 2021)

linked h4 DS160 to my application and appears both eligible for dropbox, 

 

Question, 

i am sure i will be eligible for dropbox, does that mean even first h4 stamp is valid for dropbox, 

or should i create a seperate appointment application for h4

New H4 will not eligible for drop box.

New H4 is not valid for drop box. Better create seperate H4 interview
