F1 visa rejected 5 times 2 years back can I apply for F1 visa again

Hi All,

My F1 visa rejected 5 times 2 years back in 2018 and currently I am working. 

Now I am getting married to H1 b visa holder .

Can you suggest me whether to apply for F1 or H4 which Visa is better .

In case if F1 gets rejected this time  also after how many months can i apply for H4 visa .

Does my F1 rejections show any impact in My H4 visa .

Can you please suggest me .Thanks in advance

What was the reason? With 5 rejections, you will not get an F1 visa. If your spouses H1 credentials are Good, you will be able to get an H4 visa always assuming there was no whiff of fraud in the F1 applications

I don't know exact reason but I guess due to financial issue my visa is rejected.So if i improve my scores now is there any chances to get F1 visa.

Can you please suggest me incase now if F1 visa i rejected .If i apply for H4 visa .Does there is any impact on H4  due to that F1 denails.

You will not get an F1 visa. As for H4, it depends on your spouses credentials.

Just to add, you will get the H4 visa if there has been no fraud involved in applying for the F1 and if your spouse works for a good company and has an impeccable H1 record. The H1/H4 are dual Intent and so desperation to come over is not a great game-changer wrt an H4 visa.
