h1b_seeker69 Posted September 11, 2020 Report Share Posted September 11, 2020 Hi Everyone, Need some advise and assistance in responding to the RFE for a H4 extension petition which was filed Nov 2019 . Biometrics was completed in Dec2019 , H1B Extension ( my petition was approved in premium in Feb 2020). Now the H4 RFE Letter Showed up in the mail asking for I94, passport, I797 A notice and a statement mentioning that what plans are being made to exit the country if the H4 is denied or expired. h1b_seeker69 Posted September 17, 2020 Author Report Share Posted September 17, 2020 Hi Noah, Well they have asked me several documents including marriage certificate, I94 cards, passport copy, i797 A of primary applicant, top of that we have been asked for a statement mentioning our plans for exiting the country at the end of our stay and a statement showing we effecting on any local employment in the country.
