kamfreedom Posted September 6, 2020 Report Share Posted September 6, 2020 Submitted N-400 for Naturalization on March 30th 2020, but have not even received notice for Biometrics. Estimated case completion date is shown as Nov 2020. N-400 application online status shows - "Experiencing delays due to COVID. NO further action needed. Application is within processing time". The processing time at my city processing center = 9 to 13.5 months. Does MURTHY LAW have any advice or visibility on the delays in the N-400 process? Also, My Green Card expires in May 2021. Should I renew Green Card to be safe? Should i submit the GC renewal application right-away or wait till Nov 2020 (6 months prior to GC expiry)? Quote Link to comment
