Mas1234 Posted September 4, 2020 Report Share Posted September 4, 2020 (edited) My OPT was denied. Waiting for denial reason through mail. Meanwhile went through all documentation completely again. I think I typed my signature in the I-765 form instead of signing it by hand. Is there a chance of approval if I submit appeal to motion. What reason and documentation can be provided for the same. Could you also suggest other options for me and things I should do till I wait for my mail. Note: I cant reapply for OPT since 60 days grace period is completed.
