How much time PERM will take in present situation?

Hi, I am working as a contractor here. My perm has been started on June 29th,2020 and it is in pending status. My 6 yrs maxout will be over by October,10th.

Is  there any possibility to get my PERM approved by that time ?

Is there any possibility to stay here after Oct,10th? if it is possible how much time I can stay here?

Please suggest me the best way that i can go ahead.
