mightyaussie Posted September 3, 2020 Report Share Posted September 3, 2020 Hello, My conditional GC expires in Jan 2021 and i am eligible to apply for removal of conditions from oct 2020. I have an emergency travel now and need to leave US for 2/3 months. Is it fine if i send all my documents to USCIS by staying out of country? I may return back to US by Dec/Jan, but again just want to make sure i don't delay in applying my removal of conditions (i751). Expecting that i can re-enter to US through my conditional GC as it expires in Jan 2021. Please let me know the right process so that i don't make any mistake in my paperwork. Thanks.
