H1B query Posted August 31, 2020 Report Share Posted August 31, 2020 On Aug 5th, submitted I 140 in the premium processing, Aug 17th the case status updated with RFE to provide more documents. Response to RFE was submitted on 27th, waiting for the approval and update on the I 140. Now my I 797 validity until Aug 29th and I 94 validity is on sep 8th 2020. In case of my I 140 approval delayed, now the question is, what are the options that I’ve to submit my 7th H1B extension in PP, incase of the delay of the I140, Can I submit my H1B extension under the NTP? If yes when this H1B extension should be submitted? plz treat this as an urgent and reply. Quote Link to comment
