PG27
Hello - I am currently in US and have a valid visa stamp till Feb '21. Recently my firm has filed an amendment and extension, which was approved. The validity of new amendment and extension is from July 2020 - July 2023(Same employer, Same role - Just change of home address). I have plans to go out of country and return in Oct-Nov 2020. Can I come back with the existing stamp, or will I face problems at port of entry as I have an approved amendment/extension but no visa stamp to correspond to that ? I can't get a new visa stamp as consulates are not accepting H1B cases yet. Thanks! Quote Link to comment
