Prjiv12 Posted August 19, 2020 Report Share Posted August 19, 2020 Hello, I'm on H1B visa (Approved last year) till march 2020 and have filed extension in march got approval till Dec 2021. My Spouse went for H4 visa in last December and the VO asked for H1 Visa Stamp copy, By that time I have not attended H1 visa interview. So, VO gave my wife 221g requesting for (Husband's Approved and Printed visa stamp after his visa interview). Due to this COVID-19 I'm unable to travel out of country for H1 stamping. Is there a way to handle this type of situation? We both are stuck in 2 different countries and having mental stress. Also, Can we send an email that was in the 221g form and request for to consider I-797A as Approval of H1B? Quote Link to comment
