Navaneeth Reddy
Hi, I got Masters admission in two different universities for this Fall 2020. Due to this Covid pandemic, I am unable to get visa appointment and has very limited availability. My program starts at Aug 24,2020 since I am unable to obtain F1 visa for this semester, university gave an option to register online classes for fall semester and university will release a new updated I20 with less credits (total credits minus credits registered Fall semester) for Spring semester. Is it okay to register online classes from India this Fall and go to visa interview before spring 2021 semester? Or Am I breaking any USCIS/DHS/SEVP laws if I register online classes without F1 visa? Thanks in Advance, Navaneeth. Edited August 17, 2020 by Navaneeth Reddy Quote Link to comment
