Mayankjain1381 Posted August 14, 2020 Report Share Posted August 14, 2020 Hello All, Need advice, my wife who is on H4 is currently in US and want to travel to India for 3 weeks as we have family emergency. Our stamping has expired but have valid I797 good till April 2022. Recently (Aug. 12th 2020), we heard and read that Trump administration has eased the travel, but not sure if this qualifies and whether my wife can travel and come back on I797 at this point. Please suggest and advice if she can travel or not. Quote Link to comment
