For the requirement of my project, H1B extention was filed (cap-exempt) and petition was approved in March. Awaiting to go to visa stamping, As per the relaxations announced couple of days back, it is said that "H-1B and L-1 visas can now be issued for employees who are "seeking to resume ongoing employment in the United States in the same position with the same employer and visa classification." Can you pls let me know whether my case comes under this relaxation?. I have this doubt because I was in India from 2016 till now and I had extended my H1B (for different project - but my H1B employer is same) to go back to USA...
