H1b-2018 Posted August 12, 2020 Report Share Posted August 12, 2020 Hi Team, I had sponsored for the visitor’s visa for my parents. They had their interview scheduled for April 2020. Due to COVID-19 situation , the consulate office was closed and no interview happened. I am on H4 Ead visa and is going to expire in a month. In this situation , 1. if the consulate opens in next few months and if I do not have a renewed H4 Ead by then, can they still attend the interview with existing documents which has my employment proofs and sponsor related docs etc. Would they have fair chance for getting visitors visa. please advise.
