I got my H1 approval in Premium processing (without RFE) but my wife's H4 took 6+ months and received RFE asking for marriage certificate and I94 documents. My company is not filing H4 extension, So shall I send the required documents to USCIS or should I mandatorily reach out to Attorney for this work. Thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment

But I have my approval, Should I not attach it with the list of documents even though they didn't ask it? I see other posts where people asking to enclose the approval document as well?
