While on L2 EAD, I received 2 weeks unemployment benefits (as a 1099 contractor) as well as a PPE loan. Could either of these be the reason for the RFE? The RFE is about the H1 petition and the employer needs to answer whatever they need. L2 EAD is UNRESTRICTED work Authorization and what you did does not factor into her RFE. Quote Link to comment

What should we keep in mind moving forward as we respond to the RFE. -- Petitioner will take care of it not you or your wife.
