Manju B Posted August 13, 2020 Report Share Posted August 13, 2020 An opinion : - Apply normal extension during first week of Dec, 2020 - You'll be eligible to stay for 240 days after I-94 expiration, which will be around Aug 23, 2021 - You may get an RFE in May, 2021 - If you get RFE - Submit the response 7-10 days before the deadline - If you still don't get the final decision 15 days before the 240 days limit (i.e.. 15 days before Aug 23, 2021) - then you can apply for PP (Premium Processing) - Be ready for anything Quote Link to comment
