They were supposed to leave on March, but we extended their stay due to the Covid situation. Their visa is valid for few more years, but their I-94 was expiring during May. 45 days prior to that, we applied for I-539 extension for both of them and received the case numbers. Considering that they are both over 70+ years and if the covid-19 situation doesnt settle down by Nov 2020, is it possible to apply for a second-time extension for them for another 6 months ? are we allowed to do that ?
