Hi,

I am on H1b in US and my spouse had to travel to India in Feb for family emergency. Her H4 is not stamped. 

With embassies closed I believe only expedited exception cases are being handled. I wanted to confirm if H4 qualifies for it, if the H1B holder is still in US with a valid visa.

Anyone has any experience between July and now on seeking a H4 stamping in New Delhi?Please share your experiences.
