Hi!

I am working in US on valid L1-A visa, valid till Mar 2021. My wife recently got her H1-B application approved, valid from 1 Oct 2020. We want to change the L2 status of our kid to H4.

1.  Can L2 to H4 COS be done in premium processing?

2. In case if I have to leave the country after 1 Oct 2020, while the COS application in process, will my kid be considered out of status?
