DianM Posted August 3, 2020 Report Share Posted August 3, 2020 (edited) Received an unexpected RFE for L1A extension that I seriously thought was pretty much automatic. What if the extension is denied and I-94 expires in mid-August, what are other options to stay in the country for at least for 2-3 more months?
