Travelling on AP when PD is current and don’t have underlying l1 visa valid

Hello,

We have to travel to India on for an emergency . We have a valid advance parole. I have below queries :

1) Can we come back to US in advance parole as our priority date is current now.

2) Are there any restrictions on travelling back on advance parole By US govt due to Covid-19 as we are not maintaining the underlying L1 visa.

Appreciate your urgent help!
