guddi Posted August 1, 2020 Report Share Posted August 1, 2020 My mother in law came on B2 Visa on Jul-2019 and then we filed for extension in Jan 2020 and it was approved on 27-Jul-2020 but the approved uptill date was 24-Jul-2020. We are planning to file for another extension due to the COVID 19 situation. So the question is she has already stayed for a period of 1 +year but we want to renew her stay due to COVID 19 situation. Can we still request an extension and would it be approved for next 6 months ? Has anybody else faced this situation ? Quote Link to comment
