BKJ Posted July 31, 2020 Report Share Posted July 31, 2020 I have been in the USA for almost 5 years on L1A. My wife and children have always stayed back in India. My priority date for I485 has now arrived. Can I file for GC in the USA for wife and children while they are in India? Given the Covid situation, travel is very risky. All of us have valid visas L1/L2 and valid passports. Our police record will show up impeccable, as well. Quote Link to comment
