Her I94 expired on May 25th 2020 and I've applied for extension 45 days before expiring. I94 extension is currently under processing state with USCIS. Is it legal for her to stay in US until we get response from USCIS on i94 extension even if B2 visa stamp is expired? Appreciate your responses. Thank you!
