AmitD23 Posted July 23, 2020 Report Share Posted July 23, 2020 I am currently on L1b which expires on Nov 15th. My application got selected in the H1b lottery and my company has filed for COS. If I do not receive the approval by Nov 15th do I have to leave the country by Nov 15th or is there a grace period? If there is a grace period can I continue working? Quote Link to comment
