Manojkt Posted August 1, 2020 Report Share Posted August 1, 2020 My situation is same I94 and visa both expired on May 2020, filed extension +amendment on Jan 8, 2020, got RFE on May 2020 and responded on July 14 2020. So question is if my extension denied then can 2nd employer transfer my visa or I need to go out of US in any condition. If 2nd employer filed in parallel and got approved before ongoing visa result approve or deny then will it be valid or not? Quote Link to comment
