H1B cap exempt to cap subject transfer

Hi,

I have an H1B with cap subject employer expiring Sept 2022. I also have an approved I140 petition. I am considering an opportunity with cap exempt employer. In future if I wish to transition back from this cap exempt employer to cap subject will I have to enter the H1B lottery process again or will this be a simple H1B transfer from cap exempt to cap subject case? Thanks.

It will be a regular H1 transfer and no need to go thought the lottery again.
