KPDP_07 Posted July 20, 2020 Report Share Posted July 20, 2020 Hi I currently have an approved I-140(EB2) and I have been with the same employer for the last 10 years; 6 years and ongoing in US on H1B and 4 years in India. My management is now looking to promote me to a Managerial position and so would like to pursue the EB1 option to avoid any legal issues as I’m currently on H1B. I did work in a Managerial capacity back in India for more than a year. So is it a feasible option for them to move my GC application from EB2 to EB1? Quote Link to comment
