OpenUser Posted July 20, 2020 Report Share Posted July 20, 2020 Hi, We are filing my spouse's H1 + my H4 & EAD all together next week. My biometrics are not in the system yet. Is filing premium processing after biometrics can help in picking all three applications together. Have anyone experienced this. Any help to expedite the process will be helpful. My EAD is expiring in 3 months(I know i am late, we gave doucments in April end but my spouse's employer took too much time due to covid) Thanks. Quote Link to comment

We got stuck in India and were not able to file (H1, H4, H4-EAD) until early july and my EAD is expiring end of october. We have filed in Regular processing. Wondering the best way to get all of them processed as early as possible to avoid any EAD gap. we are ready to upgrade to Premium Processing whenever is best applicable. With delayed Biometrics appointments, really confused how to go ahead. Quote Link to comment
