Siri_18 Posted July 19, 2020 Report Share Posted July 19, 2020 I submitted the application for AOS and I-140 for my father 3 weeks back but haven't received the receipt nor have the checks been encashed. His I-94 expires on Aug 10. Should I extend his I-94 or does the fedex signature receipt of the application is good enough and no action is needed? Quote Link to comment
