I140 Approved: But No Approval Copy- Need to Change Employer

Hello,

I have my i140 Approved and also H1B approved post i140 Approval.

I have an offer from company B, my queries are below:

- Can company B transfer my current H1B with i140 receipt only (i140  Approval Copy not shared by employer, i only have i140 Receipt)

- Can i still retain my Priority date without actually having i140 Approval Copy with me.

- I am not aware of my Alien Number (not mentioned on my latest H1B approval notice post i140 approval), but i do have my filled PERM copy which has my Priority Date (Same as Filling Date of PERM)

- Tried to get approval from USCIS through FOIA but no luck all i got was case history, can i still get my i140 Copy somehow?
