WorkVisaTraveller
Hello, I have two questions regarding H1B extension. 1) For My H1B , Job posting was done at home office address because of pandemic. Does USCIS approve H1B if job posting is done at home office address? 2) I am single and working on H1B for past 9 years. I-140 approved. I have not travelled outside USA for past 4 years. Does employer need to submit I-539 extension of stay with I-129 H1B extension application? OR Is I-539 form required to file with dependents (H-4) I-539A? Is I-539 form not required for H1B extension renewal if H1B applicant is single and already working on H1B ? Thanks, NSD Quote Link to comment
User099
Job posting will be at the location where you work. I539 will not apply to you since you don't have any dependents. Quote Link to comment
