tab29 Posted July 12, 2020 Report Share Posted July 12, 2020 Suppose I want to change employers under AC21 when I-485 is pending for more than 180 days and proactively file AC21. In case when AC21 is denied, does it mean that the I-485 is denied as well? I.e. do I get.a "second chance" to go under an employer "more similar" to the original I-140? Quote Link to comment
