ashok_cptl Posted July 10, 2020 Report Share Posted July 10, 2020 I am on L1 and this my company submitted H1. My wife is working on L2 EAD which expires on 10/15/2020 (my L1 visa expires 6/6/2021). If my H1 approved, then only I would be able to file H4 for my wife and followed by H4 EAD (note: I have i140 approved). Question: Will she able to continue to work when H4 approved and H4 EAD receipt (pending adjudication)? Quote Link to comment
