Bio metric was completed on 3/12 but consular interview was cancelled due to COVID-19 lock-down. Will they allow to schedule again for the consular interview once office reopens? My Guess is they will allow everyone who's appointments are cancelled to reschedule their appointments. But the travel ban has to be lifted before the visa's can be issued and people can travel.
