murthydara Posted July 4, 2020 Report Share Posted July 4, 2020 Hi, we are staying here in U.S.A on I485-AOS. we have valid EAD & AP is valid until Nov 2020. We just applied for extension and we received the receipt number. Last year we travelled to India and came back on August 2019. At the port of entry, they gave I94 validity date until August 2020 even though my AP is valid until Nov 2020. What do I need to do here? Do I have to cross the border and come back? As we received the extension receipt, are we fine with this? Appreciate your help on this.. Quote Link to comment
