My brother is a US citizen. Can i apply for a family based Immigration (F4) and utilize the employment based priority date when i apply for I-130? Quote Link to comment

Can we go on extending employment based I-140 while sibling based green card process is in progress? 3. Do we need an attorney to file sibling based green card or we can do it by our own?
