I have filed for H4 and H4EAD extension at the end of March and had a biometric scheduled for the first week of April. The appointment was canceled due to offices were closed. Field offices are opened now but I have not received a rescheduled appointment letter. Should I call to reschedule an appointment? Is it legal to stay in the US when the visa extension is filed?
