Dear Friends,

I am US Citizen and my parents Immigrant visa was stamped in Feb 2020, they are planning to come to US during first week of July, my question is Trump's new Immigration Rules (June 22, 2020) will have any effect on my parents Immigrant Visa for their travel to US ?  They will be  traveling first time to US on their Immigrant visa.
