WAC2019**** June 19th, my company upgraded my case to PP. I See no update on my case online. Does anyone know what's happening? USCIS not accepting premium? Are these delays common? User099 Posted June 26, 2020 Report Share Posted June 26, 2020 PP takes atleast 2 weeks and its been only 1 week. Also there might be delays due to everyone upgrading to PP. You should give it some extra time. There is no guarantee that PP should get approved in 2 week, if USCIS can't do it in 2 weeks they will refund you the money. Quote Link to comment
Kumar Raj Posted July 7, 2020 Author Report Share Posted July 7, 2020 I got my PP receipt date as June 26. But my case isn't approved yet. This is H1+H4+H4EAD application together. My wife was on H1 before we applied for COS. I was looking at some cases, most of them who dates are later than mine got approval by now. Is it because of H4 along with H1 my case is getting late? Nikscraze Posted July 7, 2020 Report Share Posted July 7, 2020 My h1b transfer was done with premium processing, got rfe and submitted the rfe on may21st. Rfe Received status was update on the case. Since then there has been no update. When my attorney reached out to uscis, they said it was under additional review and there is no timeline for it. I mean , even after paying for premium you dont get a result and they havnt even returned the Pp fees. Its frustrating...now there is no timeline to it. Quote Link to comment
