Praveen0405 Posted June 24, 2020 Report Share Posted June 24, 2020 (edited) Currenlty i am on H1b with I140 approved last year and stamp is expiring next month 7/31, i have a planned trip to canada for two weeks and comeback before 7/31, will there be any impact while entering into US? I do have H1b extension approved yesterday, where dates are mentioned as 5/1/20 to 4/30/2023, question is do i need stamping since i have new H1b dates?
