ARG04
I received my H1b extension approval couple of weeks back till for 3yrs. My spouse h4, H4 EAD extension is filed together with H1b and she completed the biometrics in the month of March, 2020. We both are in US currently and extension process for my spouse H4 and H4 EAD is ongoing and waiting for approval. Will the new executive order which came on June 24th impact the extension of my spouse H4 and H4 EAD which is currently in process. Her H4 and H4 EAD will expire on Aug , 2020. Thank you. ntonsalli
My case is similar to yours but my H1 premium is still pending filed on Jul3 along with my wife’s H4 and H4 EAD filed on April22 which are expiring in September 2020. She haven’t received her biometrics call yet due this COVID-19. I found a link where it says that H4 EAD gets a grace period of 240 days. I am planning to call USCIS for H4 EAD once I get my H1 approval https://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/covid-19-delays-extensionchange-status-filings Quote Link to comment
