My wife, who was on F2 visa and my son who is a US citizen traveled to India in November 2019 and are now stuck in India. Can I apply a B1/B2 visit visa for my wife, so that she can travel to United States along with my Son and later when she is here in USA, can I change her status from B1/B2 to H4 visa?.
