She traveled to India to take care of some family situation in March 2020. She is supposed to come back to America by mid of August. Her Visa is valid till October. Also my visa is valid till October and my company has already applied for my extension. With the new immigration restriction on H1B and H4, will my wife be able to travel back to America in mid of August with valid H4 visa. Please help me with this query. Thank you Quote Link to comment
