Kakumanu Posted June 23, 2020 Report Share Posted June 23, 2020 Hi, As you are aware of the recent travel restrictions my wife & kid are still in India and could not travel because of no international flights. I am reaching out to you to seek advice on the new executive order released a few hours back. My wife and son currently hold an L2 visa till Oct 2022, with the new executive order can they travel to the USA once the international flights are open? In case if they are able to travel can my wife apply for L2 EAD in the USA? Please suggest if you can help me with the above questions. Quote Link to comment
