However, My 6 years H1b is completing so I have maximum of 6 months left. Unfortunately , my company had layoffs and I am on the list so they cannot continue with my green card. I am thinking of changing to h4 ead with my spouse' I140 and find a new employer. However I would like to come back to H1 . I would like to know if an employer can file for my green card while I continue to work with H4 EAD and once I get my 140 apply for H1b? Please suggest me . Quote Link to comment
