H1B in consular processing, how long can I stay in USA

I am working with employer A, who didnt file the H1 Amendment for the client location. As soon as I came to know that he didn't file amendment I want to move to a different employer B. Applied H1B transfer and got RFE saying why the amendment was not filed but working.

My new employer B replied back RFE and mentioned that 90% it will approve in consular processing. If its approved in consular processing, then what are my options?

 

1) Will I have to leave country immediately? If yes, how?  as there are no flights due to COVID.

2) How many days do I have to leave USA?

3) Is there any other option I have?

If its approved in Consular processing, you will have to travel to get a visa. 

You should talk to an attorney to see if there is a way for you to stay with the approved H1 while you make travel arrangements.
