Not subject to cap. - Have confirmation that USCIS formally received the petition on FedEx (someone at the office has signed that they got the packet) - No receipt has been issued to date - Was informed to expect a 6 -8 week delay in issuing new receipts. I have never seen this kind of delay just for receipt issuance. Is anyone else going through/seen this? Anything that can be done to dig into further? Thank you! Quote Link to comment
